Terms and Conditions - Refund/Cancellation Policy 

Discounted rates must be received within the time period of the discounted rate period or discounted rate will be forfeited. Payment must be made at the time of registration.  Cancellations will be accepted in writing to Robotic Camp  until two weeks prior to start of camp.  (a $75 cancellation fee will apply).  After that date, the camp fee is non-refundable.  A liability form must also me submitted prior to the start of camp.
