Robotic Camp (ages: 10-13)
This robotic camp program explores the basics of Lego Mindstorm NXT Robotics. Students will learn how to build a strong and functional robot base while utilizing multiple attachments. They will also learn basic programming functions in order to program their robot to perform various tasks on the First Lego League competition board. Students will work in teams of four to design, build and program their robots. They will also build friendships though various team work exercises designed to encouraging leadership and cooperation through out the week.
In order to provide more opportunities to those senior campers with Lego Mindstorm experience, we are offering an intermediate session with both morning and afternoon sessions or the Robotic Camp. If a camper is ready, he or she may explore some of the advanced concepts of the Lego Mindstorm NXT Robot.

8:30- Free Build then Introduction Talk about FLL and basics of robot building
9:15- Robot design instruction
9:30- Teamwork discussion
9:40- Hands on building project
10:20- Team building exercise
10:40- Robot Build
11:20- Robot Run
11:50- Clean up /Discuss day
12:00- Dismissal
