Discounted rates must be received within the time period of the discounted rate period or discounted rate will be forfeited. Because camp size is limited, payment must be made within seven business days in order to secure your spot in camp. Cancellations will be accepted in writing to roboticcampcary.com until two weeks prior to start of camp. (a $20 cancellation fee will apply). After that date, the camp fee is non-refundable. A liability form must also me submitted prior to the start of camp
